The First Annual Forum of the EU Alpine Strategy (EUSALP) brought 600 experts together in Munich. The EUSALP is a joint initiative of 7 Alpine countries (Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Liechtenstein and Switzerland). STC director Jürgen Raizner met current and potential project partners.
Preparations are going on for the Interreg project “Alpine Research and Innovation Capacity Governance (A-RING)”. Our Steinbeis Danube Center is the Austrian project partner in A-RING. The project is one of 32 projects in the second evaluation phase of the current call of Interreg Alpine Space. At the Annual Forum, A-RING was presented at the exhibition stand of the official EUSALP Action Group 1. This Action Group deals with the development of an effective research and innovation ecosystem in the Alpine region.
