The Steinbeis Netzwork in Romania is growing. Architecture and Urbanism are thematic priorities of the new Transfer Center that is established in Bucharest. Significant competences will be added to the services in field of economic promotion. The new STC is established at the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu”. Director: the experienced architect and teacher at university Dr. Marius Voica. With the new STC, the university strengthen the transfer of knowledge into the economy, meaning into applied business. Beneficiaries are cities which, for instance, intent do create new industrial zones. There are also services to foster energy efficiency of enterprises available.
